Students and young graduates aged 18โ€“30. You don't need experience โ€” just motivation and an open mind.

How long is an exchange?

Volunteer projects usually last 6โ€“8 weeks. Internships and teaching run from 3 to 12 months.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the programme and the project. Your AIESEC team walks you through every cost on the first call โ€” no surprises.
